13 Oct Low Glycemic/Diabetic Friendly Mango Chili Lime Popsicle
Beyond the fact that they pack nearly a full serving of fruit for just 43 calories, the best part about these fruit-based frozen popsicle treats, called paletas in Mexico, is the fact that you don't need a recipe at all. Any pureed fresh or frozen fruit will do, whether you have a glut of bananas you're looking to get rid of or found a deal on strawberries at the supermarket. Just be sure to add a bit of Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a dash of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder before blending.

Place the mango, lime juice, Fructevia, Steviva Blend or a dash of Steviva Brands Pure Stevia Powder, and cayenne in a blender and puree, adding a bit of water if needed.
Divide the mixture among four frozen pop molds and place them in the freezer for at least 3 hours. (Do not cheat by checking along the way, because they won't freeze properly.)
To easily release the paletas popsicle from the holders, briefly run warm water over the molds' bottoms.
